Open Access Policy
Scholarly Research Publications is committed to promoting unrestricted access to scholarly knowledge through a fully open access publishing model. All published manuscripts are made immediately and permanently available online without subscription or access barriers. Readers across the world may freely read, download, distribute, print, and cite published works, thereby increasing the visibility, accessibility, and academic impact of authors’ research.
Under the open access model, publication costs are supported through Article Processing Charges (APCs), typically funded by authors, research sponsors, or affiliated institutions. These charges support editorial processing, peer review management, professional formatting, online hosting, indexing support, and long-term digital archiving. There are no manuscript submission charges.
Article Processing Charges
The standard Article Processing Charge (APC) for publication in All our Journals is $100.
The APC covers editorial review, DOI registration, manuscript production, online publication, and digital preservation services. Charges are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Reduced Article Processing Charges
To support equitable access to scholarly publishing, authors from the following countries are eligible for a reduced APC of $50.

Refund Policy
Article Processing Charges become applicable only after a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication. Once the publication process has commenced, Scholarly Research Publications does not provide refunds or cancellations.
Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment of the Article Processing Charges, an official payment confirmation will be sent to the corresponding author via email. Authors should expect confirmation within 2–3 working days following payment processing.
